I came in from New York to visit and quickly found this nail salon. Everyone was extremely friendly and I received above and beyond service. I was immediately attended to as a walk in. I got a pedicure and it was one of the best services I have ever received. KB was amazing! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. I highly recommend!
Staff is friendly (most of them) but I already went there 3x times and they never did a good job in my nails! It’s not an affordable place! I honestly don’t recommend.
Well the people are all nice enough but I’m really disturbed but the gel polish change I received as a little emergency between sets was really horrible. The first person did it and recognized that the yellow gel polish was streaky and just didn’t look that good but didn’t put anything under neath it. It chipped that very same night because he put several layers on it. I come back for the pedicure and another tech Sarah sees it and she says that he should have put white underneath it at least and fixed it but then her nail looked better than all the others (thanks Sarah!) The other nails proceeded to chip very shortly after (as I sit here it’s been 7 days) and now I am left with half the polish on and half off. Even if it’s just a gel polish change it should have been done better.
Haven is the best! I am extremely loyal to Sarah as she always does such great work. Not only does she make sure you’re comfortable and have great conversation, she cares about your nail care and will always do what she thinks is best. I used to have a major problem biting and Sarah has helped my nail journey so much. I couldn’t ask for a better nail tech!
I'm so disappointed. The first time I came here my nails came out fine, but when I went back for a fill this is what I got. I didn't really notice until I got to my tanning appointment other wise I would have went back in, but now it's too late because I leave for an out of town wedding in the morning so I'm sitting here trying to fix them by myself in tears :( at this point I should have just done press ons
